Yes, I am wrapping the trim with aluminum. I didn't think it would be a problem to peice it since it will be covered anyway. I will definitely take your advice and put in a little more nails where needed. Thanks!!

I didn't think about the seam part letting water in. Now, when I stagger the pieces like it should be, should I simply go back about 3 or 4 feet on every other peice of siding and have it staggered there? I just don't want to end up taking half my siding off the house just for the staggered joint, but I definitely understand about making it look better as well as the one seam letting water in.
