Question

PVC roll membrane vs liquid-applied deck surface

Anyone have any opinions on PVC roll membrane vs the liquid-application type waterproofing systems for decks?

I have narrowed it down to one of the above, but finding good pro vs. con comparisons of the two systems are mysteriously hard to find!

I'm interested in maintainability (both normal wear-and-tear and accidental), aesthetics, resale value, useful lifetime etc

Cheers
Chris
