putting mobile home on an old house foundation

my grandmas houses burnt about 5 years ago and has now build a new house in a different spot. my uncle is in the process of tearing down the old house and i was thinking about moving a mobile home on top of the existing concrete from the old house the concrete slab looks to be in good shape and big enough for a mobile home to sit on.....will this work?

how would i secure it to the concrete? maybe pour more in spots to set the anchors. if this will work i will be able to use the old sewer system and water that is ran to the slab. by the way the house didnt burn completely down so the concrete never got real hot.

thanks.

The slab has a perimeter foundation, and the mobile home will maybe sit on one wall of this foundation. Is the slab strong enough to support the weight of the structure?
Are there any town rules associated with this scenario?
