properly covering up window from outside.

because of a new layout, i need to cover up a window. I already taken it out, framed the window for a piece of plywood and nailed the plywood. Now how would i water proof this before putting up new siding?

Gotta get tar paper(tyvek) under what's behind your top post piece of siding if u can get behind it good u might have to slice it go get behind Dab a little bit of caulk in the top two corners of where old paper meets new paper, for the bottom just over lap the paper that was there. Start from bottom
