Problems with Crestline french doors
I have some Crestline french doors that I've been trying to have a rep. take a look at that have started cracking/splitting and what may be delaminating. The first rep never got back to me despite multiple emails after our first conversation. Then I went online and found a customer service person at sne enterprises and sent some pix and they've declined to have anyone take a look at these saying its a finish issue-I find this perplexing as there is no other place on the windows or trim or other french door where this problem has occurred, so find it hard to believe its a finish problem....Any idea's from anyone who's had this happen and how they've resolved it would be much appreciated. This has been going on for 2 months now!!
Thanks for any help
