problem with GC and roof

I am looking for advice on an issue. After boxing and siding was complete and shingles installed I went to the attic and noticed gaps around the fascia board. Some of these were on different sides of a valley and one was over 2.5 inches. I promptly called the GC whose crew framed the house ( my mistake) He admitted that it was off a little but blamed the siding guy. I went to the attic and with a 3' level found the last two rafters off by over 3/4". Other gabled areas on the front of the house are not level. Is it possible to adjust any of the rafters after this stage. I paid this GC a nice sum of money to look over this job and this is what I get. there are several areas where the rafters are off. thanks for all of your replies

Post a picture of the interior and the exterior.
Gabled areas are angled, not level, so a picture or two will help.
