Default Precast concrete footing.

Does anyone know a manufacturer/distributor of precast concrete footings as in the pic.

That depends on where you are. That is not new, but a rare product because of the weight and not a competitive method and has never taken off. Because of the volume and shipping, it could be expensive.

Check the net to see where the suppliers are and they could give you pricing and shipping costs.

It will require a different method of construction, more height control and possibly different post connections.
