Pouring concrete section in asphalt driveway

Hi guys,
At our machine shop the drive into the back door of the shop has pretty much collapsed, it is an asphalt driveway. I have been asked to dig it out and pour a concrete section into the pad patch. I am located in Los Angeles. What sort of things should I look out for as I have only poured a couple of concrete slabs before but never in a section with asphalt. The patch is 13ft x 12ft x 6" deep, and it will have moderate traffic on it.
Thanks in advance guys....
