porch columns rotted at the base

josephb Newbie   Join Date: Jun 2012 Posts: 3	porch columns rotted at the base Porch columns rotting on bottom of columns, near base. also don't know if the columns are load bearing or not. Any solutions to problem other than replacement? Please check out attached pictures! Thanks! Joe Attached Images

Vinyl or Fiberglass ones and never have to work on it again. I'm sure someones going to suggest bondo, some sort of wood filler. It will just be a patch job and your going to have to do it all over again.
