polymer wall base

we are enclosing a covered concrete patio. Is there a load bearing polymer material to put down on the concrete on which to build the wall?

I'm not sure I understand the question, but it sounds to me like you're asking about a poly sill sealer

Not sure I understand what you mean either. A sill sealer would not be load bearing and would not factor in at all. Are you looking for an alternate material to wood, in a polymer or composite, for your wall baseplates? Because?
