Hi and welcome to the forum.

I'm afraid I don't understand what you're asking. Could you be more specific?

Johnson is a company that makes pocket door hardware. Go to your local lumberyard or just buy it online. A simple online search should bring up other companies that make this hardware.

Mornin' Ron.

If there's no room.... ummmmm....
But your choice of pocket door hardware is spot on!
Johnson makes the best pocket door hardware I've found.

Good morning Mouse.
Johnson makes a kit to take the place of a 2x4 stud wall. If that's too much of a job, hardware is available to hang a door on a sliding track which is surface mounted to a wall. This isn't the most elegant solution I would think of for a household application. These are generally seen on barns.

yup.... there are other options too, of course. For instance, we've simply had 2 curtains (one on each side of the doorway) on our bathroom for the last 5 years! Although, I'll be putting in a pocket door this year when I tear it out and put in new walls, etc.

I have seen this done quite nicely using frosted glass doors in some homes and recently in a Westin Hotel Room. this would fit for more in contemporary/modern style homes I believe
