Please help squaring of deck

Im building a floating deck on the dek block system. My depth is 15' 10 1/2" and length is 20' 5". I measured all 4 corners with the 3,4,5 system but the corners do not come out 5' from each point, instead they are 4' 10" at ALL 4 corners. Diagonal to diagonal the measurements are the same too. Is the squaring of my deck fine even if its 4' 10" and not the 5"?

The only way that is possible is that if all of the sides are bowed inward.

If the diagonal measurements are the same then it’s square. Pull a string line between the corners for a reference to straighten out the rest.

Ahhhhh.....didnt think of that. Id show a pic but the upload fails everytime. No joists are set inside frame yet, just the outer frame set on blocks. I went to look after you mentioned and it was bowing on the 15' 10 1/2" side. Pulled it out some and gave me an inch more. Only checked that side (as its dark out and will finish tomorrow) but im sure once joists are set it will set everything right. Thank you!
