Playhouse floor?

I am going to build a playhouse with open windows.

I am afraid if i use ply for the floor, it will swell and start to splinter.

What do you suggest for a flooring option of I am going with open windows?

5/4 deck boards

Redwood planks on top of PT 2x4's.

Redwood will work great for their butts to sit on...but is not real strong...

A lot depend on the OP's location. There may be lots of Red Wood in CA but there is none on the east coast and your going to have to pay for that fact when you go to the lumber yard here.
