Plaster Pool Remodel - Effects of poor prep.

Hi there guys ! Sorry I posted on the contractor forum first and fibbed about my profession, I am in a panic over here !.. my bad. I'm looking for some support in my case here against a pool company here in Arizona that is trying to put the blame on me for 25+ nodules and (2) 3 foot pockets of raised plaster. I have had 3 contractors here already in the past 3 days the pool has been emptied and after seeing the pic (below) they have agreed that the prep work was the cause of these pockets of raised plaster and nodules. Is there anyone out there with enough experience to recognize the lack of quality on the chisel job and the estimated results within 2 years of operation (with almost perfect chemistry care from Day 1) ? I have the owner of the company coming over tomorrow to see for himself after a 5 page letter I sent to the company explaining my rights and beliefs and my will to file complaints, and any other steps this may require.

any help, advise, similar stories or opinions are extremely welcome and appreciated !!

sincerely,
waterless in the pits

What exactly is it that you are asking?

Try asking a specific question and post a pic.

I'm looking for some support in my case here against a pool company here in Arizona that is trying to put the blame on me for 25+ nodules and (2) 3 foot pockets of raised plaster. They are blaming me for a Chemistry imbalance. Granted my conditioner level was high when they were out here, but it was nothing uncommon for an Arizona pool, ready for it's 2 year flush (emptying of pool to level out the conditioner)

Is there anyone out there with enough experience to recognize the lack of quality on the chisel job (link is above in previous post by Bondo, thx Bondo! I can't post links or images yet cuz I'm a newbie.) and your professional opinion on what the effects would be ?
