Pier and Beam construction for a 40' x 40' add on room.

We have two mobile homes 40' apart we would like to connect them with a 40' x 40' room. Building the room on a pier and beam system. Where can we get plans for such a project?

As stated - hire an architect. You will need precise plans to submit to your local building dept. as well.

If you have the money to do something like this I think I would get rid of the mobil homes and just build a real house. Keep in mind I have owned and lived in mobil homes for the first 18 years of my life, so it's not meant to be a put down.
Doing what your suggesting will not increase the value, and would be really hard to even get a bank to lend money for it if someone did want to buy it. Going to be really hard to keep the intersecting roof lines from leaking because as a general rule mobile homes are so under built there barly able to support what's on there now.
