If you have the money to do something like this I think I would get rid of the mobil homes and just build a real house. Keep in mind I have owned and lived in mobil homes for the first 18 years of my life, so it's not meant to be a put down.
Doing what your suggesting will not increase the value, and would be really hard to even get a bank to lend money for it if someone did want to buy it. Going to be really hard to keep the intersecting roof lines from leaking because as a general rule mobile homes are so under built there barly able to support what's on there now.
