Picture Frame/Shadow Box Moulding


What type do I have?? And where can I buy it? I couldn't find it at Home Depot..

Look like they used two pieces. Cove on the outside and base cap on the inside.

You are not going to find moulding like that at HD.....just assume that HD is only going to carry the top 10% of the most popular styles....

You need to find a 'real' moulding supply shop....

If you were in Los Angeles, I could give you a couple of suggestions.

Back when doing restoration work in the old 1800 homes we had to make the trim, as no stores stocked it. Sometimes we had to make 8 separate pieces of molding to produce on side of door or window trim, once caulked and painted you couldn't tell it wasn't one piece.
