permits for demo


do i need a permit to remove the lat and plaster from a wall if i am not removing the studs

New regulations went into effect last month concerning lead paint removal. This might impact your job.
I'd check these out before taking a hammer to the wall.

Depends on your town I suppose. Also some plaster walls contain asbestos.
