Patching Typar "Felt"

For years I thought I had 15# felt under my siding. But I recently had to take down some siding as part of my garage conversion. I was then able to see the word "Typar" on the felt. But it is not the "plastic" house wrap that Typar sells today. It is grey/black felt, very similar to this picture:

The builders did not put this Typar felt above the former garage door, so I have a 9' x 4' section of bare wood that I want to cover. But I don't see Typar felt sold anymore. It's all plastic housewrap.

So what should I put in this bare spot? Should I put a section of 15# felt, or should I put a section of plastic housewrap?

Thanks,

Chris

BTW, what is a Chunk? Is that like a rock that you pick up out of your yard, and somehow attach it to your house?
