Parge concrete

econdave Member   Join Date: Apr 2006 Posts: 235	Parge concrete how do you parge concrete and what type of cement do you use. I want to skim coat my foundation? Also have a concrete porch that needs a facelift, it is starting to flake and crumble in some small spots. thanks.
