paperless drywall

We are building a polebarn type house. Has anyone used the paperless drywall sheets? They are a little higher price but are they worth the difference?

Are they worth the price difference....to gain what?
Their main application is for environments that are prone to high humidity such as basements and bathrooms. Is that what you are referring to?

You can install it in an entire living environments, but I don't see the point in doing so unless your home is on a slab foundation or below grade.

The product must also be entirely skim-coated so as to hide the fiberous texture of the surface grains.
