Panelling a single brick garage wall
I intend to convert part of my garage into an office and intend to line it with sheet panelling mounted on battens and insulated with 50mm expanded polystyrene between the battens. I think I will need to introduce a vapour barrier, does this go next to the brick or on the surface of the battens? The ceiling will be clad with plasterboard.

The vapor barrier should go on room side of the insulation
