OSB or plywood - which would be better?

I'm putting in a sub-floor on a screened in porch. Would it be better to use OSB or plywood? Treated or untreated? The construction used to be a deck, it is now roofed and screened-in. The decking sits about 4 feet off the ground.

You say its screen in, will the floor get wet when it rains?

Treated ply at a minimum.
