open door remotely with buzzer

I don't know what its technically called. But I'm looking for the system they put into apartment buildings where you can buzz someone in by pressing a button and the front door becomes unlocked temporarily.

what is that called and where can i get one?

It's a von Duprin. Very good reputation. That is used in about 90+% of the commercial installations I have been involved in.
