has anyone ordered vinyl fence online? I am looking to order about 300'. Is there anyone out there who has installed this type of fence. There are so many sites to buy from it seems. Has anyone had expierience with this? I've heard nightmare stories about the home depot fence. Are there any brands that are better?
I recently bought a vinyl fence online. It went very well. I ordered 238' of Bufftech vinyl fence. Bufftech is a great product. This was a nerve racking expierience but after my order was placed everything went very smooth. I ordered this all from Vinyl Fence Supply .com They sent me my fence in about 7 days. I recieved directions on the installation soon after the order was placed. As I said it was difficult to trust such a big purchase online, but things went extremely well. I would recommend them highly.
Thanks for the advice. I called Vinyl Fence Supply today and talked to someone about my fence. I think we are going to order later today. I'll keep you posted.

I can't image what nightmare stories you could of heard about Home Depot. You go to the store look at the product your picking out. If you don't like it you don't buy it. What can go wrong, I'm curious???
Home depot sells a cheap vinyl product. I've done alot of research on these fences and there are some big differences. The biggest difference I've found is the way the panels attach to the posts. - screws and brackets. Quality fences have the rails slide into the post for a stronger fit and a cleaner look. From everything I've read Home Depot's fence is awful. Home Depot is a great store for some products but I think there fence material is bad. This is just my opinion. I'm very happy with my decision to order Bufftech from Vinyl Fence Supply. I think some people buy exclusively from big box stores and this is what can drive them to sell on price alone it's a shame that quality doesn't seem to matter anymore. I'll let you know when I receive my order.
I recieved my fence order a week and a half ago.. We installed it this weekend and it looks great!!! I'm so glad we used vinyl-fence-supply. I would highly recommend them to anyone!! The fence was very easy to install.
I bought a viny|fence online. Lattice-and-slat design fence is made of strong, durable PVC resin that stands up to any weather, requires no painting, and is maintenance-free...plus, each section connects easily to the next! All you do is tap it into the ground and you've got an ideal border for your garden or walkway. You get three sections, each 24"W x 20-1/2"-tall (15-1/4" above ground), for a total length of 6'. So I would suggest them highly.
I was also scared in ordering fencing online. But I bit the bullet and ordered some privacy fencing from Allseasonsvinyl .com The fence came in everything went well during the installation. I did take a look at the home depot fences but they were just too thin and I did not like the bracket system they had fort the panels.

Ditto! We spent several weeks trying to pick out what sort of fence (aluminum or vinyl) to purchase and whether or not to buy from Lowes/Home Depot. We didn't like the product (it did feel cheap) and so we checked online which was a bit difficult because you can't SEE the product.
We ended up checking out http://www.globalfenceandgate.com/vinyl-fence.php based on a lady down the street who had purchased her alum. fence from them. Their pricing was in our budget and we liked that they manufacture in the US not overseas. We've just picked out the fence we want and I'm really excited for it to get here (hopefully before the snow comes!)
They manufacture in our state so we actually took a road-trip to check it out the product so if you're able to do something like that, it may be worth your while?
I have order from PVC Fence Cash & Carry before. Good and fast service, they have all the product in stock and you can always come and pick it up. or they can arrange a delivery for you as well. Unlike Home Depot, these guys manufacture everything here in Canada, in Toronto and have professionals working with them. You can check their website at www.pvcfence.ca
The vinyl fencing we sell online is contractor quality. Our vinyl privacy fence uses the most durable "wide board" tongue and groove PVC picket in the industry, with more splines in the picket for added support. The tongue and groove system is easier to install and gives a sturdier join than metal brackets, which can loosen and wobble and can also rust.
You get good prices from us too. We manufacture the fence from the ground up and sell it direct, so you don't get price increases with all the middlemen, from extruder to fabricator to distributor to dealer.
Has anyone ever heard of bufftech vinyl fence? we're going to have to replace our old cedar fence this summer and I've been looking for a good brand. I've seen some vinyl with cracks and I don't want to invest in a product like that. take a look www.bufftech.com, I found an online supplier through their site http://deckandfencestore.com/
PLEASE HELP!!! I have a picket fence cap on my existing vinyl fence where many of them have been knocked off. I can't seem to find the same product and I'm not sure what else will work in this area?
