Is it ok to run on a treadmill on the 2nd floor of my split level home?


I want to put a treadmill in my exercise room. Its a split level and the exercise room is over the garage. Is it ok for this, weight wise and from a structural point.

We aren't very large at all. A 175lb man and a 125lb woman. IF we did jumping jacks absolutely nothing would happen.

Ayuh,...

I doubt the weight of the machine itself could possibly be high enough to Break the Idea....
It would probably spread the load of the weight of the impacts from running,...

I'd say, Go for it...
