No combination for safe

Hey guys,

Bought our house 15 yrs ago, and there's in an ground safe. Made by Major Safe Co Los Angeles. serial: S 86461

We were never told the combination by the previous owner and would use the safe to store documents, but would never lock the safe. Dad went to see take stuff out, and noticed that the safe was locked. I'm thinking that the combination turn maybe turned when he shut the door last time?

Anyhow, is there any way to open without calling a locksmith? And what's the going rate for something like this?

If paying a couple hundred $$ is the only way to get it open, I'm thinking about cutting out the concrete and putting in a bigger safe.
ideas?

No combination for safe

Why not contact the former homeowner, or the manufacturer?

Was not that hard for me to find company info http://www.merchantcircle.com/busine...d.951-685-9680 Or even better, contact a local locksmith that handles safes in your area. Most likely they will drill it to open.
