New Shed
That's a shame about the moldy floor, but a new roof sounds mighty fine!

New Shed
How was the ground underneath the shed and the shed foundation prepared?
Untreated wood must not be in contact with the ground or in contact with concrete on or buried in the ground. Bare ground under the shed must look dry most of the time and air must be able to circulate freely under there.
