New Deck Question


Does anyone know what the 2003 International Building Codes says for deck railings and heigth of deck?

2006 IBC:

R311.5.6.1 Height. Handrail height, measured verticallay....shall be not less than 34 inches...and not more than 38 inches.

Handrails rails are required when deck walking surface is over 30" above the grade.
