Need supplier for J Mount blocks

Can anyone direct me to an on-line supplier for porch light mounting blocks over Dutch Lap vinyl siding?

The light base is 7.5 tall and 4.5 wide. The large square blocks I've seen really look bad. If I could find an 8x5 or so rectangle, that would be great. I don't have a problem cutting out the siding to install, I'm just want to keep the rain out and she wants it to look.... even around the edges.

Thanks in advance.

Thanks Bob, I emailed them requesting availability.

With all the light base variations out there I guess it's impossible to expect an accessory manufacturer to have one for every style. Maybe Midamerica can offer something close.
