Need help deciphering parts list

I am building an 8x12 shed with 12" overhang on each sides. To help me get the parts list together I am using the Menards builder tool. I am good with most of the items, but am having trouble deciphering how they want me to build the fascias and soffits. Here is the applicable snipet from the parts list that includes all the construction lumber, help me understand how they are expecting the soffit and fascias to be built.

2x2x8' Furring Strip; Soffit Support - 3
2x4x6' SPF Construction, GBL Fly Rafter- 2
2x4x7' SPF Construction,Wall Studs - 40
2x4x12' #2+BTR SPF, Top Plate - 4
2x4x16' #2BTR SPF, Top Plate - 2
2x6x6' SPF Construction, SPF Fascia - 4
2x6x6' SPF Construction, Window Header - 2
2x6x8' Stud/#2+BTR SPF, SPF Fascia - 2
2x6x10' Stud/#2+BTR SPF, SPF Fascia - 2
2x12x6' #2&BTR_Construction, SRV Door Header - 2
1x3x8' Furring Strip, Soffit Support - 7

One of the ads on this site:
http://www.woodworking4home.com/ShedPlans.php
will have details on how to do it. If you used the parts list from Menards why didn't you use their plans?

The menards list doesn't have anything but a very general set of plans, they aren't good at all.
