Ask your neighbor/church volunteer/community organization.

Block and tackle, you can lift heavy weights with little effort.

If you have a jack you could try to put the weight on the jack and try to slide the weight into your suv it might work

One of those ramps for atvs or dogs and slide/roll it out.

Break it into component parts. My Grandmama buys 50lb bags of mulch. She gets the hardware place to put them in the trunk. Then she takes it out 5 lbs at a time.

Is something like this an option? I do not have a clue about the weight limitations.

We have a heavier duty one of those Code05. I have placed a rear tine tiller & front tine style tiller on it, with no problems. As for the OP, I would get a couple of neighborhood kids, or a neighbor to help. I send my boy who is 15 next door, when ever the neighbor needs something moved over at her house.

Weight limitations on these carriers is mostly determined by tongue weight. If you have a 2" hitch, you should be good for 500lbs

If it's a body, just drop it off the back of the truck near the hole.
Okay, I see, it's on the ground already and you want to lift it up. How about a seesaw on wheels.
Take a 2x10 and put it on top of saw horse. Roll the item on the inclined wood and sit on the other side. Then just edge it onto the truck back and roll it off.
