Need blueprints for small 2 story building

Hi im new two this forum and im currently in the works of making a building in my back yard all the wiring is setup and the cement has been layed. I just need blueprints and design on how to construct it properly. The pad space is very limited (15ft by 16ft) and I require more floor space so I need it to be two floors. If this requires that there is outside stairs to the next story that is a possibility. If someone has an idea of how to make them inside ( so I can access the top and bottom floor without going outside) that would be great and im very open to building designs two like possibly the second floor having a small balcony or the top floor being like half outside and inside. If I see your design or prints ill build it and show you pictures of the finish product.

Google is a useful source of building plans---You will need to redraw them to fit your slab,of course.

I am not quite sure if you are serious, or if this is a joke. Generally when I build something, whether it be a deck, a kitchen remodel, or a basement insulation job, I draw the plans up first, then I get a permit, then I build to the plans. Pretty unusual to build the slab first, wire the slab (I guess that is what you said), then begin the design process. And it is certainly generous of you to offer to show the designer the finished product, I guess that is in lieu of payment?

Back in high school Industrial Arts, we were taught how to draw up basic building plans. More detailed plans were drawn up in Building trades class. Now days, kods are lucky to come out of school with any understanding about the trades, other than what they find through the Internet.

Maybe something bad, maybe something good. I guess we'll never know, 'cause you're going to guard it. You won't touch it, will you?

I've drawn up plans for a shed on napkins before in 30 minutes. Plan, framing elevations, roof plan, and sections at each wall plane.

That was of course for a good friend who was keeping the cold ones and wings rolling in between napkins....

design > permit > build
  • Evidently you don't have a permit - is one required? If so, suggest to stop now and get the process order correct.
  • If permitting not required, the suggestions to find a designer or online plan service are likely next steps.
Without a plan how do you know you have the electric and concrete correct?

If this is being asked now....it's already setup for failure.....

Anchor bolts? Depth of footing? Width of footing? Thickness of slab?

Hey....I'm thinking about building my own nuclear power plant....any plans out there for it?

Ok.....on a more serious note.....I built a 2-story garage....20'x25'....it required engineering....foundation alone was over 20 yd of concrete.
