Move drain pipes to get XPS insulation behind?

I am putting together plans to finish my basement and am going to go the 2" XPS foam route. I have several drain pipes running along the wall. Do i need to move these or do i insulate around them?

I would prefer to insulate on the cold side of any water pipe otherwise it could freeze up.

If its waste or vent, I get my xps as close as I can then fill the gap with canned foam.
