Most Energy Efficient windows

It looks like there will be no end to increasing energy costs. With that in mind I'm considering new windows. What are the most energy efficient windows out there?

Most Energy Efficient windows

Before you decide on changing your windows consider how long you are going to stay in your home, this will go a long way to finding you savings and the amount you can recoup. Dont forget goverment and state tax credits for energy efficient windows. Hope this helps
