maybe stupid question: marker for concrete

i was wondering if anyone has $0.02 for what a good tool would be for drawing lines on concrete. tried sharpie but doesn't handle roughness too well. perhaps something that sprays out a very fine beam ...

When I am framing I use a chalk line/box filled with dye powder to snap lines on concrete. You might try a dye pen.

Good Luck

A lumber crayon would work, but a chalkline is the tried and true method to snap straight lines on concrete. $10 is all they cost.
