Materials and warping

So I am finishing a 1200 sq ft basement by myself. I am estimating the framing will take me 3-4 weeks of night and weekend work.

I wanted to order the wood but was cautioned about warping. I am getting the wood from a friend at a lumberyard at a significant discount so I have to order all the framing lumber in a single bulk order (ordering in small bundles is not much of an option). Should I be worried about the warping over the weeks of inactivity?

I am in Baltimore, Maryland and with the weather warming up, can I leave it banded in the garage and not worry too much?

Any other thoughts?

You should be ok if you leave it banded, assuming you discount lumber isn't messed up to begin with.
