Maintaining Deck 4x4 Rail Post inside mounted with Fascia on Outside of Rim

What is the best way to mount post to rims joists/beam on inside so you can tighten fastener when wood shrinks in dry climates? Carriage Bolt over lag scres seems to be the only possible way with addess to the nut on the inside, unless you allow the bolt/screw to show thru fascia. Only other solution I can see is Titan Post Anchors but then you see this black metal instead of a wood post skirt.
