MA Stair Landing Requirements???
Hi,
I have a straight stairway to my basement with a door that swings away from the stairs. I believe that for this condition there is NO requirement to have a landing at the top of the stairs. Am I correct?? Thanks, |

As you go thru a door you generally need a 3' landing on the other side
Is this pre-existing ? Pics ? |
