Without more details, it's hard to give guidance.
How many floors in the house?
Slab on grade or basement?
What's over this space? Bathroom?
What sort of experience do you have as a DIY'er?
Try a search for loadbearing walls and do some reading. This has been covered many times.
Come back and ask pointed questions.
Try YouTube for videos on the proceedure.
Come back and ask pointed questions.
