Load Bearing suspended garage floor

Does anyone know reputable firms that either make prefabbed concrete floors that can be set in place by crane or ones that can tell me how to have a local contractor construct a 2nd story garage floor that can safely carry the load of 4 cars?

This is a DIY site and what you want to do it not really a DIY project. You would need an engineer to design this for you and have a concrete contractor build it. No way you could DIY.

My idea of a perfect day: No where to go and all day to get there.
