Lifting up a sagging corner of an old house

Our house is about 120 years old and has a sandstone foundation, however, one corner of the house is starting to drop a bit, and the floor has seperated from the wall about 1/2 inch. How do we lift that corner and level the rest of the houe? There is a 42" or so crawl space under the house and it is all dry under there. Can we lift the house to level with jacks and build peirs under it to maintain its level? We have a lot of indoor repairs to do but don't ant to get started until the foundation is strong.

+1

I have seen some big slabs raised with that technology that were impressive.

Other than that, temporary structure, underpin wall, poor footer, build back.
