Lifting Hardipanels

I've been re-siding a house with Hardiplank, and have gotten fairly competent ib the process. we are moving to another house this spring, and it's sided with T1-11 panels, many of which need replacing, so I thought I'd just go ahead and start using Sierra 8 HardiPanels. Of course, on the ends of the house I'll have 2 courses, so I'm looking for any tips or tricks anyone has discovered to lift these behemoths to the 2nd course. They weigh about 73 lbs per panel. Most of the 2nd course will not be full panels due to the roof line, but still, they're heavy!

My back thanks you!
