Do you mean a crack in the concrete wall or at the joint between the concrete wall and a floor slab?

as dick asked, a crk IN the wall OR the junction of the wall & floor ? ? ? another question would be this - conc OR block wall ? ? ? its rare any bldr installs waterstop in the ' cover ' if that's where the leak's emanating,,, it may've stopp'd raining but there's still wtr outside your wall that hasn't been absorb'd by the soil OR drain'd away from a possible toe drain.

Re: Leaky basement wall

Re grade the lawn outside so it slopes away from the foundation will/should help.

Is there a drainage pipe along the wall down near the footing? It might connect to the sewer or drain to open air someplace. Maybe that is plugged.
