Leaking window

Hi

One of our aluminium double glazed window units is leaking when the wind/rain is directly on it. I was wondering what type of silicon would hold it until a longer term fix can be arranged.

Thanks

Jim

When it comes to any type of caulk, you get what you pay for. So purchase quality stuff. Get 100% silicone, and make sure all surfaces are clean. Don't get any silicone on anything that may be painted or stained later. Come back when it is time to fix the window! Hope this helps.

Thanks for that. As soon as the rain passes I'll go for it.
