laying asphalt crush driveway

what equipment would we need tp lay down an asphalt crush driveway? It's the asphalt they crush up that's left over and our landlords bought 25 tons and we can't get anyone to come do it they all have no time..My husband use to do road construction years and years ago.. But we were needing to know what all we would need to do the job also we can have rock dumped first so is that a good idea..PLEASE HELP.. before the weather gets too cold we have about 4 big deep ruts and live in the country the driveway is dirt and its gotten so bad we are having to drive on our yard cause it;s tearing up our vehicles..

If it's the stuff I think it is treat it just like gravel. It sounds like the old road they grind off when prepping new road coating.
Should have had the tuck spread it as he dumps.

Small Bobcat type machine.
