labor costs per sq. ft.

new to this
i have a guy that wants a bid on a basement apartment, 825 sq. ft.
2 bedrm, 1 bath, kitchen/dining rm,lv rm,
i am familar with some costs per sq. ft. bids, but, this guy wants to provide all materials, and im not sure if i can bid just "labor per sq. ft.", or do i need to go over each aspect of this bid and try to price the labor for each????

i am originally an electrician, so the electrical bid is no problem, same goes for plumbing,flooring, painting,doors and windows

im really unsure about the framing and drywall labor costs per sq. ft.?????
any help out there????

the drywall price you can get from an area drywaller. the labor you should be carful on. if yu dont have a well documented print you better either do it by the hour ( 25 - 40 )hr. or cover your a..
