Kraft Faced Batts in Interior Wall

Anyone see a problem with having kraft faced fiberglass insulation inside an interior wall?

Doing some bath remodeling. After removing the wall material in the bathroom, I noticed kraft faced batts were used in the wall. This wall is common to a loft bonus room. The wall in interior and the kraft side is facing the bathroom.

I suspect sound proofing was the thought vs insulating and the batts might have been extras from the attic insulation work. Would be easy to remove and replace if necessary.

No problem with it at all.

Conditioned space (heated area)...not an issue.
