Knee wall insulation on Modular Home
I am getting ready to start planning the completion of my second floor on my modular home. I plan on following the guidelines for kneewall insulation shown on:

My dilemma is how to maintain the proper airflow clearance gap in the area of the hinged trusses. Anyone have a solution for this?

Just wondering if you ever got an answer. We are dealing with the same issue. Thanks!

Almost 5 years......
If it were me.
I would run the baffles up to the bottom of the tie, then run the insulation to the bottom of the tie, then go across the bottom of tie with the insulation. I would make sure the air gap between the block and insulation is enough to allow air to infiltrate the above area.

More than five years and those are still not trusses.

I don't think it matters if they are trusses or rafters.?
I do believe they are called fold down trusses for transportation.?
