Joist


Was there a year that 8" joist replaced 6" joist. Are 6" joist still used and does it have to do with the application.

EVERY joist depends upon the application
2x4, 2x6, 2x8, 2x10 & 2x12 joists all STILL exist, as do larger LVL & I-joist
