Insulation in bulk?
Do you know If I can purchase insulation batts and rolls in bulk and have them delivered to my home?
Should I contact local building material suppliers? I'd rather not purchase insulation from homedepot and load the materials myself. Thanks |

Hand, HD and Lowe's deliver. You can purchase it and get it delivered from H.D. with a delivery fee. Go to the contractor's services desk and talk to them. If you were in my area I could get you a discount and also get the delivery fee waived. (Also, any building materials supplier delivers) |
Here in Toronto they would charge you around $60 for delivery. Or you can rent their full size van for a half day for $20

Why rent a vehicle when a builder supply/lumber yard will load/deliver them for you?
I got mine from Carter Lumber, $30 and it showed up in my driveway, no hassles. |
$30 for delivery -$20 to rent a van = $10 in my pocket

How large of an order will you be getting?
Usually the places around here will deliver it for free if the order is a few hundred dollars. Combine the purchases and they may deliver the items for free. Just ask the place where you are thinking of buying from. |
